What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a supportive, structured partnership that helps you move forward to feeling clear, confident and in control of your health. It bridges the gap between knowing what you should do and what you can do, then making changes that are realistic, sustainable and aligned with your life.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, health coaching supports long-term change by placing you at the centre of the process through your values, your circumstance and your vision for a healthier future.

How the Coaching Process Works:

  4. Action – gently implementing change at your pace

  5. Reflection & Adjustment – reviewing progress and adapting as life changes

Health Coaching for People with Hearing Loss

Health Coaching for People Living With and Beyond Cancer

Living with, beyond, or alongside cancer - whether you are living with cancer yourself or supporting someone you love - can leave you feeling out of sorts with your body, uncertain about the future, or unsure how to move forward. Health coaching does not replace medical care; it works alongside it.

Coaching can support you to:

  • Regain a sense of control during or after treatment

  • Manage energy, fatigue, stress and emotional wellbeing

  • Rebuild confidence in your body and daily routines

  • Create supportive habits around nutrition, movement, rest and recovery

Coaching Programmes

Awaken

Provides a supportive reset and a clear starting point for moving forward, Awaken is ideal if you are:

  • experiencing fatigue, stress or low energy and want to restore energy and vitality

  • need to manage listening fatigue and start to build practical communication strategies

  • managing cancer treatment and find supportive lifestyle adjustments

  • wanting practical support to restore vim and vigour

Over 4 weeks we focus on the areas that will make the greatest difference right now.

Strengthen

My signature programme designed to help you create lasting improvements that support everyday life. Strengthen is particularly supportive if you are:

  • adapting to hearing changes in daily life and want to increase communication confidence and self-advocacy

  • rebuilding your health after cancer treatment with sustainable nutrition and energy support

  • managing fatigue, stress or lifestyle imbalance

  • seeking stronger habits around nutrition, movement and sleep

  • looking to improve your resilience and wellbeing

Over 8 weeks we continue to strengthen the foundations that support long-term health

  • live with hearing loss, want to consolidate your communication confidence and self-advocacy

  • are recovering from cancer treatment and ready to take the next steps to adapting to life changes

  • want structured guidance on stress management and emotional wellbeing

  • are continuing to build on your nutrition

Over 12 sessions we work towards embedding positive habits to promote long-term health and wellbeing.
