You’ll learn how to manage fatigue from listening and lipreading, balance your energy through simple nutrition strategies and make small changes to improve sleep quality, even with tinnitus.

Gentle support will guide you in finding enjoyable ways to move more, reduce stress and stay connected socially.

We’ll explore simple ways to overcome limiting beliefs, build healthy routines that fit into your life and find strategies to keep you motivated, even when challenges arise.

Together, we’ll celebrate your progress at every step, helping you grow in confidence and self-belief. By the end of the programme, you’ll feel positive, empowered, and ready to continue your wellbeing journey with clarity and strength.

FAQs

  • Not quite. Coaching and counselling are distinct, though they both support personal growth. Counselling explores past experiences to support healing, while coaching is future-focused, helping you set goals, build strategies, and take action to create change in your life.

  • No. Health coaches do not prescribe medication or recommend medical devices such as hearing aids. Our role is to support lifestyle and behaviour change, always staying within professional boundaries and referring you to qualified healthcare providers when specialist advice is needed.

  • A programme gives you better value and personalised support, while also allowing us to track your progress, adapt strategies, and celebrate milestones together—far more effective than one-off sessions.

  • I know a few basics in BSL, but I’d gladly work with an interpreter if needed. All my online sessions also have closed captions to make things easier.
